Ma Foi Randstad, India’s largest HR services company, part of Randstad, world’s second largest HR services company released the second wave of Ma Foi Randstad Workmonitor. The Ma Foi Randstad Workmonitor is a quarterly review of “mental mobility status” of employees i.e. their readiness to change jobs. As part of this process, the state of mind of workers is studied in 25 countries encompassing Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas, compared amongst countries and finally presented in the form of an index.
